Ok, so a little over a month ago I got really sick and it kind of lingered for a couple of weeks...I had to stop working out. I had been working out 3-5 days a week and I had lost almost 30 lbs. Well, I saw a couple pounds start creeping back on and decided that since I'm no longer coughing I really should get back into it. I started Friday...I woke up Saturday so sore that I could hardly move at all! We went Christmas shopping and that helped to loosen up my muscles a little bit. I had every intention of working out again Saturday despite my soreness...but the day wore on and I didn't do it. I woke up early Sunday to go t work...still sore! I couldn't believe it! One month of not working out and I feel like I'm at square one all over again! Well, after work yesterday I worked out and the soreness is finally going away today...a little. I worked out again today and I plan on continuing everyday. I hope to lose 30 more pounds and I'll be at my goal weight! Yay! It feels like I've been trying to lose the weight that I gained from being preggers for years...well technically I have been, lol.

So, this might not be one of my most glam shots...but I just got done working out and being cute takes work dang it! LOL

its that time of year again for ghost and goblins and i love it! so here is start to what halloween brings me... JOY!

on a downside/personal I have put on 30lbs since I have been unemployed (may 1st 2010) and I can no longer fit into last years costumes. I have restarted my diet and workout plan. Im really looking forward to kicking some butt and showing you all the progress in my weight loss :)
